After making beautiful pieces that represented my boy perfectly, I thought I’d love to give the world the opportunity to create the own forever remembrance keepsakes. Our processing time for bulk and custom orders are 1-2 weeks because these items are made to order, please reach out to us if you have deadlines and timelines you need to reach. We will do whatever we can to accommodate your busy schedule.
Please remember we work with epoxy resin and the curing time is the longest part, to ensure your order is perfect it has to be fully cured. So please be patient we are just making sure your masterpiece is perfect.
Each creation is hand crafted, as such, there maybe be minor imperfections. No one product or tumbler will look exactly the same.
Even if your creation doesn't have glitter, you may find a couple of tiny pieces because well...........................Glitter. (I do my best to pick out any strays I find)
Because these creations are customized we do not offer returns or refund unless it is a mistake on our part. We will ask that the order be sent back before we grant a refund.
